50 days for JANNAT

Biggest success of the year so far if one looks at ROI (Return on Investment), JANNAT would now be completing 50 days at the box office tomorrow. The biggest grosser for Vishesh Films that has surpassed the collection of even MURDER and RAAZ, JANNAT is special for Kunal Deshmukh who has delivered a SUPERHIT with his first ever directorial venture.

Says Mukesh Bhatt, "We have always delivered content with entertainment and JANNAT has been so exception. It was disappointing to see AWARAPAN loose out on being a good success in spite of being well made. However, JANNAT has made us smiling all over again. It is the only true-blue successful film that Bollywood has seen this year."

He goes on to add, "The film has been No. 1 everywhere, whether it is music charts, ring tones or box office barometer. The film worked for producers, distributors, sub-distributors - just about everyone. Messaging about youth, their desires and their downfall - everything is just what we know happens in the real life too!"

So far the film has netted close to 33 crores just from the Indian market. With the film's DVDs expected to be on the stands as the weekend comes to a close, JANNAT would be a film that Emraan Hashmi fans would continue to enjoy for many more weeks to come.
