Would an Uncle's nephew or A Father's son Bada Naam Karega

It is an interesting premise. Would an uncle's nephew i.e. Aamir Khan's nephew, Imran Khan add glory to his uncle's name, or Harry Baweja's son Harman Baweja bring glory to his father's name. Specifically between JAANE TU YA JAANE NA and LOVE STORY 2050 which one would strike the bull's eye? Events from the past are picked up as a suggestive indication about the proportion of the future. In case of Imran Khan it has an interesting parallel, as his uncle Tahir Hussain launched Aamir Khan, while he is launching his nephew.

While JAANE TU YA JAANE NA is a film, which is placed in the present context and the present time, LOVE STORY 2050 is a film that is placed in the future nearly fifty years hence. It therefore is also going to be a toss between the preference for future and the preference for past. From the common perception about living in the present rather than thinking about the future should preference be given to JAANE TU YA NA JAANE NA, or based on the popular dictum that I have seen the future and it is interesting LOVE 2050 be preferred.

There is contrasting built ups for both the films. While Aamir Khan is keeping the advertisements at low peg, probably drawing inspiration from his launch film QAYAMAT SE QAYAMAT TAK, Harry Baweja is going all out to promote his film, and is conducting the premier of the LOVE STORY 2050 at London. The contrasts of present and past are also evident in the accompanying vehicles that the lead heroes have been provided. While Imran Khan is mounted on the horse, and it is after a long time that a hero is being seen on a horse, Harman Baweja is on the new generation state of the art motorbike.

Whatever the outcome, the spread out is delicious and the audience would be salivating in expectation to enjoy the fare.
